Your Right to Return

In accordance with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalised pieces (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Made-to-order items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Items returned after 15 days of delivery
• Items returned in a condition other than original (worn, damaged by customer)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at info@darvault.co or via WhatsApp, and we will arrange the return with you. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we will confirm the cost before your piece is collected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For orders delivered in Saudi Arabia, VAT (15%) is refunded in full. For international orders, the shipping fee, duties and import taxes paid at checkout are not refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
