Production Timeline

All Dār Vault pieces are handcrafted by our curated artisans. Items are produced after an order is placed and are not held in mass inventory.

Production typically requires a minimum of 45 business days from order confirmation, depending on the piece, artisan workload, materials, and complexity. This time reflects the care and craftsmanship behind every piece. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; you will be informed at the time of order.

Production begins only after payment is successfully received.

Estimated Delivery to Saudi Arabia

For customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 3–5 business days
  • Other KSA regions: 5–10 business days

Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: a minimum of 45 business days for production, plus the delivery time above.

All timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier congestion or seasonal holidays.

Delivery to the Gulf and Worldwide

We also deliver to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery times outside Saudi Arabia depend on the destination and customs clearance, and are added to the production time above.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are shipped directly from our artisans' studios using trusted international carriers (DHL, Aramex, or equivalent). Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, destination regulations, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Saudi Arabia and the Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman): shipping is included in the price of the piece, so there is no shipping fee at checkout.
  • All other countries: DHL Express shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, and is paid by the customer.

VAT & Pricing

All prices on Dār Vault are in Saudi riyals (SAR). For delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, prices include 15% VAT as required by ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations, and no additional VAT is applied at checkout. For delivery outside Saudi Arabia, prices are shown without Saudi VAT.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside Saudi Arabia and the Gulf: import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when your piece arrives.
  • Orders to the Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman): any customs duties or import VAT charged in your country are paid by the customer on delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

Dār Vault is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, natural events, or governmental actions. If we expect a significant delay, we will let you know promptly.
