General

By accessing or purchasing from Dār Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or placing an order. We may update these terms at any time without prior notice; changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

Products & Availability

  • All pieces are handcrafted and made to order, so each piece is unique and subject to availability.
  • Images and descriptions are representative; slight variations are inherent to artisanal production. Actual colors may differ slightly from the images due to screen settings or the handmade nature of each piece.
  • We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
  • If materials run out or a piece becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you promptly to agree on a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, mada, Apple Pay, and the other payment methods shown at checkout.
  • All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). For delivery within Saudi Arabia, prices include 15% VAT in accordance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations; for delivery outside Saudi Arabia, prices are shown without Saudi VAT.
  • Production begins once payment is received.
  • For customized or made-to-order items, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Production & Shipping Timelines

  • Most orders require a minimum of 45 business days for production from order confirmation, as every piece is handcrafted, plus the delivery time.
  • Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customization, artisan workload, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Dār Vault is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure.

Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman) is included in the price of the piece. Shipping to all other countries is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
  • For orders outside Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. For orders to the Gulf, any customs duties or import VAT charged in the destination country are paid by the customer on delivery.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Dār Vault or its partners. It may not be reused, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Dār Vault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where prohibited by law. In all cases, and to the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order you placed.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to meet our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
